Nano Tooling

Ultra Precision Tooling fabrication for
nano-scale features

Our in-house tooling facility uses best-in-class equipment to fabricate ultra-precision mold inserts and cavities.  With single-point diamond-turning and our proprietary CAM, the finest geometries are created for Injection Molding or Wafer Level Replication.


During the entire design we leverage on CAE simulation of the entire process chain and the product features.

Nano Injection Molding


Mass-production is carried out with high-speed single- and double- shots injection molding machines, operating under highly automated backend processes. 


The entire operations are in class 10K clean-room environment.

Wafer Level Replication

As mobile functionality develops further, more and more sensors will be built into smartphones and IoT devices.


Optical lenses and sensory components are always considered as one of the core features. A lot of these new functions are realized using miniaturized or micro optics. Wafer Level Replication is a high volume manufacturing technology for nanostructure components. Key applications include 3D-sensing, infrared sensing, micro lens array, diffractive optical element, next generation automotive sensors, etc.
