  • What is unique about Nanofilm Nanofabrication? 

    Nanofilm's Nanofabrication combines ODM/OEM micro-optics expertise with a proprietary synchronous 5-axis diamond-turning control, delivering superior angular precision and freeform master molds not feasible with standard methods. The result is tighter tolerances, higher-fidelity replication into polymer tooling, and faster design-to-production for micro optics.

  • What kind of products you can produce?  

    We make polymer micro-optics covering Microlens Arrays (MLA), Alvarez lenses, Fresnel lenses, PIR lenses, and custom designs. We also support different substrates, including flexible PET sheets and glass, from DFM to mass production.

  • What resolution or accuracy level can you achieve? 

    For injection mould process, we can achieve 0.1μm resolution. For replication process we can achieve resolution better than 0.1μm.
