Nanofilm's Nanofabrication combines ODM/OEM micro-optics expertise with a proprietary synchronous 5-axis diamond-turning control, delivering superior angular precision and freeform master molds not feasible with standard methods. What resolution or accuracy level can you achieve?
For injection mould process, we can achieve 0.1μm resolution. For replication process we can achieve resolution higher than 0.1μm.
