Job Description

  • Support for sales activity and customer service activity. Technical service engineer join the customer meeting with Sale or customer service and support about technical matter.
  • Handle the sample coating. Study the customer requirement, report to ATRC/Sales team, discuss coating requirement with customer and ATRC, provide sample, follow up the evaluation result.
  • Handle the specification of IEBU system sales with NTI for customer.
  • Handle the specification of AMBU mass production for customer.
  • Handle the technical support for inquiry from website, direct call, exhibitions, etc.
  • Weekly reports by CRM on conversations with customers during meetings, phone calls and others.
  • Responsibility for technical marketing, analysis, technical trend in Japan market.


  • Technical knowledge of vacuum, coating, material, tribology, engineering.
  • Experience of technical engineer.
  • Communication skill by English.
  • Cooperativeness, teamwork, positive thinking.
  • General business skill, General Office software skill.
  • Address the oversea business trip, business trip in Japan.
