Job Description

  • Understand business strategies and goals, diagnose organizational and talent challenges, and develop targeted HR solutions.
  • Translate business needs into HR strategies (e.g., talent planning, organizational restructuring) and drive implementation.
  • Optimize organizational structure and job design within business units to improve cross-team collaboration.
  • Promote business process optimization and change management (e.g., department splits, mergers, digital transformation).
  • Lead recruitment, selection, and placement for key positions in business units to ensure talent supply matches business pace.
  • Identify high-potential employees, design personalized development plans, and build talent pipelines.
  • Assist in designing performance evaluation systems (e.g., commission schemes for sales teams, project-based systems for R&D) to ensure goal alignment.
  • Drive employee performance and business outcomes through compensation incentives, promotions, and job rotations.
  • Handle employee conflicts, exit interviews, and labor disputes within business units to maintain team stability.
  • Promote corporate values and foster cultural integration and cohesion within business teams.
  • Analyze HR data from business units (e.g., turnover rate, per capita efficiency, training ROI) and provide improvement suggestions.
  • Use tools like talent reviews and engagement surveys to anticipate risks and develop preventive measures.

  • Implement corporate HR policies (e.g., salary adjustments, benefits plans) within business units to ensure compliance.
