Job Description

  • Responsible for formulation & execution of the sales & marketing strategy for the Europe South or Europe North in alignment with Europe and Nanofilm global strategies, to drive profitable growth of the segment.
  • Strategy / Market Research: leading market analysis including defining market size, segmentation, application groups, defining market/ customer needs for the Europe South market. Creating clear focus areas in terms of which sub segments and application groups to focus.
  • Manage strategic sales initiatives for developing Europe South or Europe North area including target customers, application groups & solutions.
  • Customer acquisition: drive customer acquisition via prospecting and working closely with targeted customers in relevant segments / application groups.
  • Drive opportunity pipeline by offering differentiated solutions with unique technologies with superior quality and on time delivery.
  • Project Management: responsible for managing customer projects / opportunities bringing them to commercial success.
  • Key Account Management: Manage relationships with Key Accounts within the European functional segment.
  • Pricing Strategy: Understanding of value proposition and implementation of value based pricing, whilst understanding competitive environment and pricing.
  • Business Case: Preparation of business cases where necessary motivating investments for growing the functional business in Europe.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree and/or job experience in engineering/science
  • Experience in Sales role in the Industry - Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD)
  • Experience with sales Processes from detecting leads to the closure – Including cold lead calls/communication campaign
  • Knowledge of the Industrial Market – Capacity to gather crucial Data Market (Competitors)
  • Basic Knowledge of coating machine and operation
  • Broad knowledge of engineering products and components in the market
  • Self-motivated and Entrepreneur mindset – Hunter mentality
  • Strong Communication skills – Presentation and negotiation skills
