Job Description

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to effectively execute projects.
Develop project objectives and scopes, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
Ensure that projects are completed on-time, within budget, and according to the desired scope.
Ensure proper allocation of resources to successfully complete projects.
Create a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure that project milestones are met.
Implement appropriate verification techniques to manage changes to project scope, schedule<strong, and costs.
Use suitable tools and techniques to measure project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Report any issues to management and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Foster positive relationships with clients and other stakeholders, effectively managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform risk management to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
Experience 5 years for project management in 3C (Computer, Consumer Products) electronics manufacturing, within which having Korean Customers is a prefference; automotive or optics industries.
New product development experience is an added advantage.
International Business Trips is needed for this role.
The person should have drive, initiative, and working on detail, with a clear focus on results.
Korean, Chinese and Vietnamese OR Korean, English and Vietnamese in communication, oral and written skills must be good, with team work spirit
