Delivering professional service including overhaul, installation, relocation, troubleshooting to Japan customers with a high level of expertise, attentiveness, and efficiency to meet customer needs and expectations.
Proactively identifying and implementing actions to foster the growth of After-sales business while concurrently safeguarding against competitors' interventions.
Address customers’ enquiries and issues promptly via phone calls and instant messaging tools when necessary.
Prepares quotations and service report when necessary.
To work during weekends, holidays, and extended period of time to meet customer requirements when necessary.
Requirements
Minimum requirement: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
Able to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
Proactive in identifying and addressing issues and willing to do hands-on jobs.
Good Japanese and English verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and build positive relationships with customers.
Adaptability to changing environments and various customer needs.
Efficient time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in vacuum coating is an added advantage
