Participate in the formulation and drive execution of the sales and marketing strategy within the SEA region (SG, MY, TH, IN, VT, PH, INDO), focusing on semiconductor backend precision tooling and related industrial applications, to deliver sales revenue growth within the 3YBP.
Actively collaborate in collaborative market research into regional markets to identify clear target customers with defined market segments and application groups defined in the strategy.
Drive strategic sales initiatives for the SEA region, collaborating with the required internal resources to identify and acquire qualified leads and ultimately create new opportunities. These initiatives will include sales campaigns (personal selling, LinkedIn, etc), exhibitions, seminars etc.
Managed and cultivate strong customer relationships with existing & new customers and develop new business opportunities. Engage and develop key stakeholders on the customer side and devise clear plans to drive opportunities through the sales process to win business.
Opportunity Management: manage all opportunities with a clear roadmap through the sales process, managing where necessary projects with clear objectives, goals, milestones, and timelines to win customer business.
CRM: Work professionally within the CRM tools / framework to ensure best practices in customer relationship management.
Solutions & Product knowledge: continuously develop a deep understanding of the markets, applications, solutions, and product portfolio of Nanofilm and its target customer/ customers.
Business responsibility to define with management the most relevant business model offering to our customers, to balance the strategy of Nanofilm and to meet customer needs to win business.
Negotiation skills to navigate customer negotiations on all business and contractual topics such as NDA, Sales Contracts, Negotiation commercial terms, etc.
Reporting, providing regular reports on status, progress, and planning for Sales & Marketing activities in the region. Including forecasting, monthly updates, etc.
Requirements
Diploma or above in an Engineering Discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Semiconductor, Manufacturing or related industries
Aggressive in meeting sales targets and results- driven.
Confident, independent, target-driven, and goal- oriented with a proactive approach to generating and converting prospects into actual sales.
Excellent communication skills and competitive sales approach
High degree of commercial acumen matched with a strong customer-focused approach.
Knowledge of International business practice and regulation has an added advantage.
Ability to assimilate and understand technical information regarding vacuum coating technologies and sell on technical capabilities.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and benchmark competitors technically and commercially.
