Provide strategic marketing leadership, working across the Group and with relevant stakeholders (Group management & BU teams), to develop, implement and track marketing strategies & strategic initiatives that drive profitable growth to meet or exceed company objectives.
Develop and manage a portfolio of growth opportunities that address the corporate growth & profitability targets within the frame of the business plan.
Lead & drive analysis of the external environment (STEP) and Market Research for target markets (Total Market size, segmentation and target segments, growth rates, growth drivers etc.)
Research and analyze key customers & target customers to ensure their strategies are understood so that the group can provide aligned value propositions to capture growth opportunities.
Competitor analysis: establish a clear framework for researching competitors and understanding their strategies so that the group can anticipate and take advantage of opportunities.
Build relevant market strategies with clearly targeted segments & target customers that meet corporate profitable growth objectives.
Develop with relevant stakeholders relevant product portfolio / solution portfolio to achieve growth targets along with relevant pricing strategy based on analysis.
Develop most relevant go to market approach to capture maximum value for the company based on understanding of the value chain for the specific solutions.
Define and agree on most effective & efficient planning of Exhibitions, tradefairs, etc to promote the marketing strategies prioritized.
Define, implement & track KPI’s to monitor the effectiveness of all relevant strategic initiatives

Bachelor Materials Science, Engineering and / or MBA.
Extensive experience in a global business, fastpaced, high growth deep technology/manufacturing environment.···
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong strategic mindset, analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent leadership skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders & drive / manage change.
At least 15 years’ experience in marketing and/or business development.
