Job Description
- Identify and execute process improvements across end-to-end MLA lens and optics manufacturing workflows
- Drive equipment automation and predictive maintenance initiatives to reduce downtime
- Analyze operational data using MES systems and develop optimization recommendations
- Lead cross-functional teams on process improvement projects aligned with business unit goals
- Develop and deliver training on continuous improvement methodologies and Kaizen principles
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor operational excellence initiatives
- Manage change processes in coordination with Quality teams
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master’s degree
- 10+ years of operations experience in multinational or fast-growing organizations
- Demonstrated success implementing process improvements in an operations environment
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, Hoshin Kanri, or similar methodologies
- Strong competency with MES systems and industrial automation
- Experience with industrial engineering tasks and OEE optimization
- Fluent English, spoken and written
