Customer Service Executive – After Sales

Job Description

  • Prepare quotations for all customers as requested, compile parts list, process PO, raise PR.
  • Keep an administrative record of all the customer sales activities and warranty related matters.
  • Assist visa applications, ticket bookings, and accommodation arrangements when required for After Sales related matters.
  • Communicate and respond formally to all customers’ inquiries through email.
  • Participate in safe keeping and stock take confirmation activity of spare parts inventory.
  • Facilitate shipment of spare parts and other items to ensure efficient and smooth logistics operations.
  • Coordinate parts manufacturing and modification with workshop.
  • Manage and coordinate parts return & repair requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service and order processing.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Efficient time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues, escalate complex problems appropriately.
  • Experience in SAP and CRM is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, to support regional and China‑based stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working from office (on-site), Monday – Friday.
