Engineer – Process

• Phát triển quy trình/ Process development: To develop new processes and technology, including equipment definitions and design, souring, setup, experimentations, buy-off and release To develop processes and set-up of know how libraries for the technology module To champion and fully own the specific technology and process module, maintenance, process execution, materials selection, peripheral jigs/fixtures design etc/ Phát triển các quy trình và công nghệ mới, bao gồm định nghĩa và thiết kế thiết bị, tìm nguồn cung ứng, thiết lập, thử nghiệm, nghiệm thu và phát hành. • Thiết kế sản phẩm Product design: To design based on given requirement, ensuring design is done with proper stack up tolerance analysis and manufacturable Develop and own design for manufacturing (DFM) documentation and review process Proper track, document, designs revisions and review outcome. Document the design rules from processing technology/ Thiết kế dựa trên yêu cầu đã cho, đảm bảo thiết kế được thực hiện với phân tích dung sai xếp chồng phù hợp và khả thi về mặt sản xuất. • Good knowledge of ISO9000 standards./ Kiến thức tốt về các tiêu chuẩn ISO9000.
• Good Knowledge and direct experience with quality tools (i.e. APQP, PPAP, FMEA.)./ Có kiến thức tốt và kinh nghiệm trực tiếp với các công cụ chất lượng (ví dụ: APQP, PPAP, FMEA.)
• Can work well in a team and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers./ Có thể làm việc tốt trong một nhóm và có thể giao tiếp hiệu quả với đồng nghiệp, khách hàng.
