• 负责制定和实施质量管理体系，确保产品和服务的质量达到最高标准。通过监督生产过程、协调资源和解决质量相关问题，提升客户满意度并降低企业成本。
• Responsible for developing and implementing the quality management system, ensuring that the quality of products and services meets the highest standards. By monitoring the production process, coordinating resources, and resolving quality-related issues, improve customer satisfaction and reduce company costs.

• 本科以上学历，相关专业优先。Bachelor's degree or above, related majors is preferred or plus.

• 10年以上涂装设备、精密加工或相关行业的质量管理或生产管理实践经验。Over 10 years of hands-on experience in quality management or production management in coating equipment, precision machining or related industries.

• 熟悉ISO 9001等质量管理标准，具备质量体系知识。持有审核员资格证书。Familiar with quality management standards such as ISO 9001, with knowledge of quality systems. Auditor Qualification Certificate.

• 具备优秀的项目管理、沟通和协调能力，能够处理复杂问题。Excellent project management, communication, and coordination skills, capable of handling complex issues.

• 能够跨部门协作，推动质量改善计划，提升整体产品质量Able to collaborate across departments, drive quality improvement initiatives, and enhance overall product quality.
