Job Description
Provides leadership and direction to the Industrial Equipment Business Unit team
Accountable for Industrial Equipment sales, and Services results and performance for the SEA and Asia region/ accounts
Develops, plans, and executes Industrial Equipment sales strategy, including but not limited to process, methodology and negotiation, forecast, bookings, revenue, and account receivables to achieve business objectives in accordance with the Group’s strategy
Develop, implement, and track sales plans for your assigned markets to meet targets and deliver growth
Develop organic growth strategy with existing customers’ base
Drive new market and customer development. This includes approaching also new applications and related customers
Actively engage with Sales Agents and Sales Distributors
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets and to monitor sales revenue
Manage and develop strong sales team in achieving breakthrough revenue
Cooperate with Marketing Manager to promote Nanofilm brand, product and technology awareness
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Material Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or similar related fields
Minimum 12 years experience in direct sales and/or business management including a minimum of 8 years in a managerial position with a proven sales record in a similar industry, especially in machinery equipment product
Experience in excelling in a fast-paced, high growth deep technology environment or start-up
Experience in establishing departmental budgets as well as driving sales and service improvement projects and initiatives
Good experience in dealing with EMS suppliers and contract manufacturer
A high degree of commercial acumen matched with strong customer-focused approach
Knowledge on international business practice and regulation has added advantage
Ability to assimilate and understand technical information regarding vacuum coating technologies and sell on technical capabilities
Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and benchmark competitors technically and commercially
Aggressive in meeting sales targets and results-driven
Confident, independent, target driven and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to generating and converting prospects into actual sales
Excellent communication skills and competitive sales approach
