Job Description
Partnering across business units to develop and enhance best practices for a positive customer experience
Working with the BU’s sales and marketing leaders to design, implement and enhance CrM platform and integrated systems
Training of sales & marketing, customer service teams on best use of the CrM system software ensuring maximizing the potential of the system
Continuous improvement of the CrM procedures, training & development, implementation and execution of CrM development requests
Driving project to implement CrM across the business units for successful implementation & change management
Ensure quality of all client accounts and data
Analysis of customer data and behaviour including monitoring of strategy implementation, sales campaigns, customer complaints etc.
Working closely with IT team to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the CrM system and integrated systems
Manage the partnerships with our key suppliers for the CrM and integrated systems
Responsibility for managing a lean in-house team
Requirements
Preferably >5 years (minimum 3-5 year) experience in a similar role as business process, sales process / CrM Role
Expertise in CrM software solutions and system architecture and integration of IT systems with CrM
Experience in data extraction and analysis
Experience in project management, creating sales campaigns
Analytical, data driven, experience in data analysis software
Strong communication skills, leadership skills, service-minded and willingness to compromise to find solutions.
