Logistics Assistant Supervisor

Job Description

  • Build the company logistics flowchart, ensuring cost-saving and complying with laws, build all procedures related to Customers System Monitoring & Logistics

  • Take responsibility, Monitor and ensure smooth customs clearance procedures, review BOM calculation, and inventory calculation, handle add customer-related issues

  • Prepare shipping documents, import-export report

  • Keep track of processing contracts with customers, prepare docs to sign new contracts and prepare docs to liquidate processing contract

  • Check and prepare principal contracts with forwarders

  • Prepare year-end report submitted to customs officers

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management, Finance

  • Have at least 3 years experience in the Logistic field

  • Ability to communicate and well managed with teamwork, task progress control

  • Outstanding negotiation, organizational, and problem skills

  • Strong leadership skill

  • Proficient in English
