Job Description

  • Establish and drive systematic continuous improvement and cost-down initiative

  • Establish and report out of a comprehensive KPI set for manufacturing (which included yield, OEE, inventory, utilization, etc)

  • Responsible for manufacturing planning (PMC) and supply chain

  • Responsible for on-time readiness capacity expansion to support revenue growth of the business unit

  • Ownership of MP parts for cost, quality and delivery

  • Member of the management team of the business unit


Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields

  • At least 10 years of experience

  • Work experience in the semiconductor industry and knowledge in optical testing are added advantages

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Good leadership skills and ability to influence change
