Job Description
To work with customers on identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of coating products, equipment and services
To identify current and future coating service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers
To prepare cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with Engineers and other professional personnel
To determine improvement by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of coating service applications in customer environment and engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services
Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvement
Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends
To keep up with professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establish personal networks, and participating in professional societies
To identify short-term and long-range issues that need to be addressed, recommending options and course of actions, and implementing directives
Able to contribute to team efforts by accomplishing required related results.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience
Experience and knowledge in PVD coatings is preferred
Good communication skills, must be self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
Able to travel internationally
