Engineer, R&D Equipment

Job Description

  • Responsible for leading technicians to complete daily inspection, cleaning, maintenance, repair and operation of equipment

  • Responsible for the development of equipment maintenance plan, clear maintenance content and time and record

  • Responsible for equipment modifications

  • Analyze and propose solutions to equipment failures

  • Reduce equipment failure rate and maintain machine stability

  • Coordinate lab work, responsible for lab personnel, equipment, and environment


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or related fields

  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience in the Manufacturing Industry

  • Knowledge or experience of vacuum processes or vacuum technology will be an added advantage

  • Team player who is meticulous, diligent, independent, responsible and with the hands-on capability
