Senior Manager – Sales of Advanced Materials

Job Description

  • To create, plan and execute all business development, new business sales to produce profitable business in line with growth targets and agreed budget"
  • Drive generation of lead pipeline for new markets and customers across the regions and manage the entire sales process to close deals"
  • Provide active support and/or leadership on growth related projects, develop value propositions, business case and positioning for regional innovation projects"
  • Develop proposals and ensure proposal content meets customer requirements and accurately represents company’s commercial and technical offerings"
  • Support annual strategic business review process and annual sales budgeting in collaboration with Business Units/country leads"
  • Conduct research on strategically prioritized areas, sectors and target accounts to identify potential areas for business opportunities"
  • Collaborate effectively with other internal stakeholders that support the sales process, gather required input and coordinate actions"

Requirements

  • Master/Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Surface Treatment and Coating
  • Prior experience in PVD Equipment is highly desirable
  • Goal getter and target oriented
  • Min 5 years leading a a small team (3-6 pax)
