Job Description

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Product Roadmap: Define and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features, updates, and new products based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends. Use insights to inform product direction and positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to bring products to market and enhance existing ones. Ensure alignment across all departments on product goals and strategies.
  • Requirements Gathering: Translate customer needs and business goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for development teams.
  • Product Development Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept and design through development, testing, and launch. Ensure timely delivery of features and products.
  • Customer Feedback & Product Iteration: Continuously gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and the market to improve product features, functionality, and overall user experience.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch plans.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key product performance metrics (KPIs) to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Product Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally, sharing the product vision and engaging with customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Requirements

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
  • Preferably an MBA in addition
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes
  • Proven experience in managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and present product strategies and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Working location: 11 Tai Seng Drive - Walking distance from Tai Seng MRT Station
  • On-site working arrangement, Monday to Friday
