Job Description

  • Calculating salary, bonus and benefits for employees
  • Track attendance, leave, types of overtime leave
  • Prepare documents to make ATM cards for employees and work with banks
  • Settlement of severance regime, liquidation of labor contracts
  • Implement Social Insurance for emloyees including: adjust the increase and decrease, deal the insurance regime, closing the book; combined book
  • Contact the social insurance agency to solve the arising transactions
  • Input personal tax and dependant person information into tax system Đăng kí MST thu nhập cá nhân và người phụ thuộc
  • Calculate and payment monthly PIT Tính và nộp thuế thu nhập cá nhân hàng tháng
  • Making PIT finalization Quyết toán thuế TNCN"
  • Support recruitment and administration Hỗ trợ tuyển dụng và các công việc hành chính khác


  • Graduated from college or above, majoring in human resource adminitration, labor economic, law, accounting...
  • At least 1 years of experience in HR
  • Basic in English communication
  • Chinese is more preferable
