Job Description

  • Process AR billing, liaise with customers and intercompany for billing matters, verify and update to system.
  • Prepare AR aging report, issuing of statement of account and reminder letter to customers.
  • Process and prepare payment for vendor invoices and employee's expense reimbursements.
  • Fixed Asset register maintenance.
  • Assist in month end closing & preparation of accounting schedules.
  • Assist in relevant reporting duties and other Ad-hoc duties.
  • Responsible for preparation and dispatch of invoices filling and housekeeping of documents.


  • Diploma in Accounting
  • 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Fast learner
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work Overtime to meet tight dateline
