Responsible for formulating and executing the overall sales strategy for the company’s vacuum coating equipment and OEM/ODM services to drive business unit revenue growth across China market. Lead the sales team to achieve company sales targets, expand market presence, and enhance brand influence. Build and maintain key customer relationships, promote synergy between equipment sales and service offerings, and maximize customer lifetime value. The role requires strong leader with experience selling complex capital equipment in long sales cycles. The successful candidate will manage a team of regional sales managers while personally leading high-value customer engagements and strategic opportunities.
Requirements
本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理、机械工程、材料科学等相关专业优先。Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields preferred.
10年以上镀膜设备或相关工业设备销售经验,5年以上销售团队管理经验。10+ years of sales experience in coating equipment or related industrial equipment, with 5+ years in sales team management.
熟悉镀膜设备技术及应用场景,具备深厚的行业客户资源。Familiar with coating equipment technology and applications, with strong industry customer resources is a strong preference.
出色的领导力、战略思维和商业谈判能力。Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and business negotiation skills.
具备敏锐的市场洞察力和数据分析能力。Strong market insight and data analysis capabilities.
具备项目管理经验,能协调多方资源推动项目落地。Experience in project management, capable of coordinating resources to drive project execution.
具备使用CRM系统管理区域销售经理、销售活动及相关数据的经验。Experience in managing regional sales managers and sales activities and data using CRM.
强烈的目标导向和抗压能力,能适应高频出差。Strong goal orientation and resilience, able to travel frequently.
